Biodiversity baseline surveys include:

• Satellite habitat classification and vegetation indexing alongside on-the-ground UK habitat classifications and scoring, with Broadview Ecology Ltd.

• Comprehensive botanical surveys with Plantlife

• NatureSpy Camera trap surveys using camera traps.

• Audiomoth bat acoustic surveys

• Transect surveys, including breeding birds, herpetofauna and butterflies, alongside moth trapping.

• eDNA monitoring and analysis of terrestrial, soil and aquatic invertebrates, and fungi.

• For some of these surveys we are joined and helped by students on paid summer internships, including two locals.
