Join us this autumn to learn mindfulness techniques that can improve awareness, concentration and relaxation. Connect with nature in beautiful natural surroundings at Bunloit, overlooking Loch Ness. Some time will be spent inside a yurt with hot drinks and snacks provided.
Mindfulness practice has been associated with notable reductions in stress, anxiety, and depression. Greater connection with nature is, in itself, associated with increased life satisfaction, lower anxiety, improved vitality, meaningfulness, happiness and creativity.
Tea and a snack will be provided and some activities will be inside a yurt.
