Developing wider engagement – events, volunteering and projects

People are a part of earth’s natural ecosystems and we believe that broadening the opportunities for more people to deepen their connection with nature should be a fundamental aim of rewilding. This work often forms the foundations for positive relationships and ongoing partnerships with local residents and organisations that can help make natural capital projects successful later on. With OSPREY partners, we can develop events, volunteering, and activities that help a diversity of individuals and groups learn and connect with nature in a range of ways, from citizen science with school children to outdoor mindfulness for adults to tree planting and species monitoring.
