Barrahormid Woodland Creation Proposal

We are consulting on the Barrahormid Woodland Creation Proposal in full accordance with the Scottish Forestry due diligence consultation process and the Forestry (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 2017.  This ensures that all stakeholders have an opportunity to provide feedback on our plans to create 250 hectares of new native woodland, designed and managed in line with the UK Forestry Standard (UKFS).

We are committed to transparent engagement, responsible access, and careful environmental stewardship, and welcome any comments or questions before the consultation deadline on Sunday 19th July 2026.
